If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
We can’t accept returns for opened or used products.

Change-of-mind returns aren’t available once your order has shipped.

To start a return, email us at  sales@magicmushroomsshop.uk with your order number and reason.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
